 1. How to Sign up Your Fortuna Card and Open an Online Account:

 When you receive your complimentary Fortuna Loyalty Card, it comes preloaded with a K5 Token Balance. Simply scan the QR code, and it will direct you to our website. There, you'll be prompted to download our Mobile Payment App and follow the instructions to sign up using your mobile phone number or email address.

2. How to Become a Fortuna Affiliate Merchant:

 If you're a business or SME owner looking to offer special privileges to your customers through cash back or discounts, it's easy to join. Scan the QR code on your Free Fortuna Code Card to download our Mobile App. Select the Affiliate Merchant option, register your details, and complete KYC requirements by providing a PNG NID or Passport and uploading your IPA Company or Business Certificate, along with necessary banking details. Access your online Merchant account to manage and track transactions. You can accept Fortuna mobile or card payments directly on your mobile device without the need for special hardware. As a registered Merchant, Fortuna Loyalty will automatically generate 500 cards for your business with your logo, which you can distribute to loyal customers. For every customer you refer to the loyalty program, you'll receive a K1 Fortuna Token straight into your account.

3. How to Redeem Fortuna Tokens for Cash:

 Fortuna Loyalty Customers can redeem their Fortuna tokens for cash, with 1 Fortuna Token equal to K1. Any of our Affiliate Merchants can facilitate the cash out, though they may charge additional fees for this service. After becoming a merchant, you can request a Fortuna Cash payout, an option to resell your collected Fortuna tokens back to us. Payments to your nominated Business or Company Account take 24 to 48 hours to transact, depending on network traffic. Merchants can also buy Fortuna Credits from customers and provide cash backs directly on the mobile app.

4. How to Top up Your Fortuna Card:

Top up your card or mobile wallet with Fortuna Tokens by visiting any of our Affiliate Merchants or by engaging in peer-to-peer swaps with fellow loyalty members willing to trade for cash.
